Looking Ahead

As we move into February, here are some reminders of ministry events for you to take part in, be blessed by, and be a blessing at. Sunday morning is not our only chance to learn together, encourage each other, and do the work of the ministry. Far from just making busy calendars busier, we pray these ministry opportunities help us pursue our goal of glorifying God through equipping, worship, and outreach.

Feb. 4 and 11: Ladies’ Bible study. Ladies, join us at the church office at 6:30 pm for evenings of Bible study and fellowship together.

Feb. 4 and 18: Visalia men’s grace group. Grace group lets us apply Sunday’s message with other believers, pray, and have accountability. This men’s group meets at Jon and Jennifer Blakely’s home at 6:30 pm.

Feb. 12 and 26: Visalia women’s grace group. The women’s Grace Group of Visalia is thriving and a great place to grow as a believer. It meets at Jon and Jennifer’s home at 7:00 pm.

Feb. 6, 13, and 20: Our Fresno grace group meets at Thomas and Andrea Gustaff’s home this month at 6:30 pm. If you live any where near the Fresno area, come join this new and growing grace group.

Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26: Kingsburg men’s equippers continues all month, 6:00 am at George Jackson’s rec room. Men, join us as we study the disciplines godly men need to have, pray, and enjoy fellowship.

Feb. 6: Prison ministry training. This training class is mandatory for those interested in ministering in the prison. Carpool leaves the church office at 5:15 pm.

Feb. 8: Ladies’ breakfast fellowship. Ladies, join us at Gail Jackson’s home for a time of sweet fellowship and practical encouragement, 9:00 am!

Feb. 14-17: High school winter camp. Our first ever winter camp hits Camp Nelson, with teaching focused on holiness from Jared Torres, worship times with Cory and Shay and the music team, and games with an Olympic flavor.

Also, don’t forget to have March 23 reserved on your calendar for our informational Grace for Generations Banquet! Come see the drawings for our building plans, hear about our direction, and find out how you can be praying and giving.
